today was like any other day stayed at home watched some tv not much to blog about my eating habits are not getting much better but my work out habits are. i know it is not possible to eat and drink what ever i want and loose weight as long as i work out unless im on some type of fat blocking pill. I was thinking to day and realized that i sleep way to late in the afternoon if i have nothing to do and that is something i need to stop, because im not waking up until the afternoon and not eating breakfast which is slowing down my metabolism. I also decided that i would write down on this blog everything i put in my mouth everyday and the exercise i do every day.

What i ate today:
Fried Potatos & 2 waffles
1piece of fried chicken
spaghetti
red velvet and chocolate cake
that last one i really feel bad about clearly my eating habits have to change and i am working on that.... everything is a process and takes baby steps but eventually work out. speaking of working out i have not done that yet today so i better get started right as i finish this blog
